A funny butterfly

Today was cooler so i took out the babies for about 30 minutes. This butterfly seemed to play with them! He would fly around and then come back to let them look at him. Then he would fly over their heads and go back. It was funny to watch and I really loved it. got some nice pictures!

Just a quick note!

Just a quick post. I am up way too late, talked to Jeremy quite awhile tonight, was nice to talk and have plenty to say! Chatted with Dude and friends, I love his chats, Miss Jane was there,.
Anyway our prompt it how much time we spend on computer and I am ashamed to answer this! It is often over 6 hours a day! More on weekends! WAY TOO MUCH!
I am working on things for presents, crocheting a blanket now for Gina.

More Rain

I sat in the car today crocheting and enjoying the rain.
It has started cooling down to the high 80's and the rain was so enjoyable. I had a headache so wasn't very social and Les had a meeting so I sat until it was time for church services.
Yesterday Les was supposed to have a nerve block. I took off work and went with him. His blood pressure was Very high and they would not do it. It is rescheduled for 9/11.
Gina cut my hair today. I told her that her Dad called her "Mini Me" because she fussed at his just like me about not taking his meds! She asked him what was he going to do if he had a stroke.
I have to laugh at how much she is like me!!

I went with Gina and Sissy looking at cribs and things yesterday. I so enjoy watching Gina as she gets bigger!
At least it is only supposed to get to 89 today and all week we are supposed to get thunderstorms and RAIN! She has been so hot and uncomfortable!
Mama called me worried because she found out I was having trouble breathing, I wish she would not worry! She thinks I keep things from her. Les says he didn't say anything but I don't believe him... I think he just spoke and doesn't remember!
ANYWAY our prompt is about magazines ans the only Magazine I get is a scrapbooking one which I go through over and over. I Love magazines and often by old National Geographics or other ones and go through cutting up and saving. I have file folders with ideas an recipes.

It's Raining!

After many weeks of dry weather we got rain yesterday and today! It was a little cooler than it has been, too!

After church Kerry worked on my van while we walked around K-Mart looking at baby things. Gina really looked pregnant today, she got sick before we went to Zaxby's to eat.

Tye's Home!

My grand dog is back home... Gina and Trey decided to let us bring him home now, he won't be a good dog around the baby so he came home Monday. Gina is saying goodbye so I snapped this picture. Sometimes she looks pregnant and sometimes it's a little hard to tell.
Tye and Pup are getting along very well, Pup is staying inside more now!

Well, our first grand is a girl! Gina is disappointed but I am not,not I can find those great girly crochet patterns and give her the things in my chest that were hers!
I am ashamed that I didn't post for Jeremy's birthday, it is so hot here and I have been doing double shifts and not sleeping well so I was worn out! We had a few huge raindrops today then nothing..

Les and I had a wonderful dinner with Gina and Trey. We also brought home our Grand dog, Tye. Trey is worried the baby is going to make Tye jealous and his will bite. He has bitten Jordon and Cody so he is right. I am happy to get him back. Gina is going to really miss him!

Finally posted my Elvis page at 3S, wanted to take pictures of some of Gina's collection, just did not want to unpack! I still have my 45's, too. Maybe I will add that to my scrap later list!

Sunday

I had an email from Tina Williams today, it was so good to hear from her! Her son is in Army now and is going through basic in Ga. That's where Jeremy went. It is hard to believe it's been 2 years now! ANYWAY Tina has a great site and I will put a link with my other friends. She has an AWESOME freebie and great commercial items. I used to design with her kits and love her work!
Les talked to Jeremy last night, he graduated from leadership school and will be E5 now, a Sargent, I think, and have men under him. Tuesday is his 27th birthday and have him on my mind a lot!

Saturday

Well, I am pretty proud of myself for getting my Blog looking pretty good!
Took this at work Thursday, we have to go out in the early morning because by 9:45 it is too hot and we have to take the kids in! The heat index has been 105 and 107! The temps are over 100 everyday!
Still have to work on an Elvis page for Carla's challenge!
Better go find something before I am too late!

Friday

I am glad I don't have kids to get ready for school!

Oh, sure I miss the days they lived at home but the hassle of getting all the right things on those lists and trying to get school clothes...

I'll leave that up the young folks!

My class now will be 6 Babies. I used to teach 2 year olds but now that are about 20 months old. One of them has a Dad who is 42, I can't imagine having a child at this stage of my life! I do look forward to having my grand babies in January, though!

Gina goes Thursday to have her ultrasound and Julie goes Sept. 6, I am praying for boys for their sakes!

Wednesday

Had a pretty good day but Les is in a lot of pain with his back and Gina is still getting sick, I know being pregnant in this 100+ weather is awful! At least she is only 16 weeks and not too big! Jeremy sent me a multimedia picture of him. It is him in his uniform with his gun. I don't have as much of a problem thinking of him doing his things with the computer But as a soldier behind a gun...

Tuesday

I am dedicating this update to my 3S friends since that's the reason I am finally updating! My original blog was too old so I had to create a new one!

Ok My first blog "assignment" is to tell 5 people I would like to meet...

Amanda, I think President Bush would be an awesome person to meet! I really feel for him and pray for him often! I was watching how much he has aged lately with all the stress on him. He's #1.
2. Owen Wilson is one of my favorite actors so I will say he would be someone I would enjoy meeting, especially if Luke was with him!
3. Mercer Meyer is my third person because I really love his children's books and would like to see his studio and original drawings.
4. Max Lucado is another author I would enjoy meeting, he is such a talented Christian writer and I would imagine a very interesting person to talk to.
5. I think the fifth person would be Carla at 3S to spend a couple of days so she could give me some pointers about my PSE4. We are the same age and probably have a lot in common and I am sure I would learn a good bit and have a great time!

Well this is my first post, I will get my site looking like I want as I get a few spare moments!
