We did end up going to play with Seth last night before he left for Atlanta today. I talked to her about not sending us pictures and how I have so many of Charli and Ames but the last picture I have of her family is before Seth was born! She promised she would send them when she got home!

Today's post is just getting something off my chest so it is really not a good share but I want it down so when I am no longer around it is known how I really felt!
Seth will be going home in a couple of days, I really am sad that he and Charli fought so much I couldn't handle them together, he ended up with Julie spending so much time with Nicole and Suzan that they know him much better than I do. That really saddens me, I know Jeremy would be sad, too, but I just need to be thankful I have Charli and Ames. It is hard too that Seth is not potty trained, he is much to old to make excuses for and let him refuse to go to the bathroom. He was late for his own party because he wet himself and when Les and I took him and Charli to Crackerbarrel he wet himself even though Les took him to the bathroom. I am thinking how Jeremy needs to be home for him. I am afraid if something happens he will have such faint memories of me. It looks like I don't try but I honestly do. I have pictures every where of Charli and Ames but she has them made and just sends me the link to see them, I asked her to get with Gina and have the kids together at Walmart for Christmas, she comes in showing me what she got her Daddy for Christmas bragging on how he collects Mickey Mouse ornaments and what did see give Les and I? Nothing. No simple picture, nothing to back up all the "Oh you really mean so much to me" that I hear.
Well that is all I am going to say on that, I have myself tearing up, I was so good to her and the kids, Getting her a recipe book like I got Gina and making sure I was not cheap with them. It will all come out one day and want it to be know that I was shut out of much of his life and that made it easier to be Meme to Charli and Ames and all my best memories are with them.

Friday the 13th

Of course I am sittting here after 12 thinking "I didn't post today" LOL!
I slept too much I think, I had to get up at 8 for the kids then Ames and I took a nap then I was reading and went to sleep for a good 2 hour nap ;)
I was sitting here and my air tank started leaking and ended up blowing a gasket and had to call Lincare who will bring me a concentrator in the morning that I will have to use until Monday. Les had to set it on the porch where the air is leaking out!

How could you Not love this sweet face? He is so cuddly and loving! I will be so glad when he is talking more, I want to hear I love you, Meme!

Don't Tell Mama!

Charli baby is sleeping over, she left a list of how to take care of Splits, she is a feed and wet and doesn't have a diaper on ;)
She wanted to sleep over tonight, she was a little lonely and was so glad when I got up from nap with Ames she cried, she had watched a movie on Les's computer in our room and told me she wanted to play. Jeff had told her to come in there but he is still in pain and was laying down. I sat and held her awhile and then we played computer games which made her very happy.

I got my letter from Duke today, they are getting OK from my insurance company so I can go get the tests done to see if I qualify for lung transplant. I will have to stay up to 5 days, I wish I had a laptop now so I could keep up with my game and stuff, LOL!

My Mom and Les are in the ER with Jeff, he fell out of the bed again and can't walk straight, he doesn't seem to have a bruise on his back but may have messed up insidee. Took the kids to church this morning, Ames came with Gina and was good sitting through church, he usually has to go to back. Charli is excited about her birthday party at te Fire Dept. Seth will have his Saturday, I am not sure about the details.

THEY SENT JEFF HOME WITH PAIN MEDS, THINK HE JUST BRUISED SOMETHING. HE IS SLEEPING NOW.

It is a real challenge to try to get the kids in one picture! I had several attempts, LOL!
I spent time today cleaning up my office I got clear totes at Kmart to put my yarn and clth in so I can see. Still looking for a box for tree, it is too big for one at Wal-Maart which cost $30!

Friday Jan 6

It was warm here today, in the 60's I think, Julie brought me Seth and he and Charli were better though not getting along the best BECAUSE Charli had fell and scraped her knee and arm and was hobbling around, so funny. She actually let me put a bandage on it and thanks me ;). We took them to Crackerbarrel and Gina decided to join us and it was nice. Seth ate his whole pancake and a little bacon, Charli ate cheesy eggs, 3 pcs of bacon pancake and orange slice. They were good at the restaurant. At the end Charli got made Seth loved her brother =0). I took a video of her hobbling around, she milked it for everything even sitting on sofa for 2 hours!

OH AND I AM SO EXCITED! JEREMY FIGURED OUT HOW TO SEND TEXTS USING HIS WASHINGTON PHONE NUMBER! WE TEXTED BACK AND FORTH FOR A LONG TIME. We have been communicating more lately and that's great!

Jan 4, Nanny's birthday

Sitting here watching Clemson play WV at Orange Bowl, at 2nd quarter WV is winning 28-17. I just saw the best play I haveever seen, Clemson guy was down almost touching enzone and plied on and a WV player took the ball out of his hand running 99yd for a TD! That was impressive!
I thought of Nanny several times today, I really do miss her!
Kids were very good today, Charli watched Tangles as Ames slept then we plays on Nick Jr site coloring and playing games.
I still can't get my pictures off old computer yet :(

I love being up late! I love to sleep in, too, LOL! We went a got Charli for about 4 hours and took her to library and watched videos and movie, had a really nice time, she told me over and over I was smart because I was explaining things to her and let her play FV. It was a nice day, very cold though, I think it stayed in the 30's!

Gamecocks win Capital One Bowl!

A pretty good day, Charli came over and watched the game with me, she was in charge of the Carolina Teddy and danced her when we got points, after the first 2 point conversion she said "A bird's gotta do what a bird's gotta do" Well we won beating Nebraska 30 - 13. Julie brought Seth over and he popped Charli and I calmed her down then I sent her to get her scissors and he decided HE wanted to do it and started hitting her, I had to call Gina and get her to pick Charli up which I didn't like at all but she was with Nicole in the ER and he couldn't go in. I did manage to get them decorating gingerbread cookies which they looked.

A new year 1/1/12

I am actually posting this late but we had a nice day. Spent last night cuddling on the couch watching The Other Guys with Will Ferrel, Mark Warburg, and Michael Keaton (he sure is looking old)
Today Les helped cook breakfast at church then at 4 we went to Mema's to eat collards and peas. Julie, Seth, Tim, Suzan and Nicole wee tere. Gina's family went to Charlote. Les got the Blueray hooked up and I really like it, I guess I will watch more Netflix now!
Jeremy called while we were at church so we got to talk to him and even Bud got to say Hello! Poor Julie cried, she is missing him.

Spent today learning new poto program and organizing pictures, here is a picture of the kids on Ames new ride ;)
It was nice at family Christmas, Julie got sick and left early then Syvia and Bob came to Kathie's so no drama there!

Thusday Alexis and Jordon came over and made jewelry, Mya came too but she was sleepy and whiney. Friday Charli kept me company, had nice imes with all my girls!

We tried to take Seth and Charli to Crackerbarrel where I met Angela Pless to git her her Family tree she bought but Seth had a melt down and went to sleep in Les' arms. Charli is spending night but Julie came and got him, we will try again... I have sold several Family trees! thonk Lottie bought 4 or maybe 5, Angela, Jenifer Harding and I am making one for after Chritmas to send to my friend in England, Sue. Also Dana Gravely ordered 2 from me I need to get done. I had to order more of the connectors and it will be first of the year when they come in. I love eBay! They are $1.99 with free shipping. I have not taken any pictures of the kids yet!

Thursday 12/15

Got the $22 Sandy Guest sent me for her sister's gifts and made $25 with Les taking the jewelry to work, Lynda Williams bought them. Putting my family tree on facebook has brought lots of interest too, have 3 to make right now. This jewelry money has been great blessing.

I know yesterday's post was strange but there is a reason, a Krylon can exploded in my MIL's kitchen and they want to say it is her fault. I told them they needed to make it right and posted this picture, if they do not do right I will post the pictures on Facebook. I don't feel I have a lot of choice because she has a red ceiling, china cabinet and deck. we will wait and see.
I am excited Seth and Julie will be home. I have a doctor's appointment at 11:30, I am going to tell him I don't have the energy to do anything! I want to sleep so much and just doing laundry makes me so out of breath I just can't stand it!
I did finish an afghan for Noel's baby. Suzan is not going there for Christmas she is waiting until baby is born. Nic and Jennifer are adopting Matthew so Noel will have to move out by law. I pray she will stay in Kentucky and get her GED. It is so great Nic is doing this! Jennifer can't have more children and he does love them so much. I made her a red/black and white cat afghan and little red and white hat. They have Cat in the Hat theme for nursery and he asked me to make one but I already was almost finished when he asked, LOL!
I really need to finish putting gifts together I just do not feel like it! I really wish I could have some 'life'
OH, I GOT THE LETTER I GOT A RAISE! MY DISABILTY IS GOING UP $34 A MONTH!

Les, Gina, the kids and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate our anniversary after church, I had a bad start to my day by dropping my Pepsi into my craft stuff as I was trying to leave for church, I still have a sticky mess in places, I guess I will get the Murphy Oil soap and clean the floor in the morning. Ames and I took a nap and played while Les, Charli and Gina went to see The Muppets, we had a pretty good time, he is hard to keep up with but so loving! Les goes back to work tomorrow, he still has really bad scabs on the scar down his spine, I pray he will be OK, he isn't wearing his brace as much as he should because it is rubbing those scabs and really getting it irritated. I need to call dentist in the morning because my filling fell out Thursday night and he was closed Friday. I guess I will let him do my crown.

Terrible day at the craft show, after paying for space I cleared $22 and Kathie cleared $2! I sold 5 pairs of earrings and 1 heating pad, Kathie sold 1 sock monkey! I need to post sock monkeys for her I guess... We were supposed to stay until 4 but I was home at 3:00

I have posted 823 times since I started in 2007, pretty impressive, I think since I forget to do often! Right now I am in a very tired phase, I tend to stay up late and sleep in late and take a nap with Ames. I have crocheted a few gifts but have not worked on the jewelry I need to to finish for show Saturday! I hope we have a great turn out! I got the earrings from Lori's shop and plan to use that rack because Kathie takes up so much room and I can't remember where my card table is. She added some wreathes and has sock monkeys and glass vases so I guess I will cut down and let her have the space. I feel bad she loses money doing the shows with me! I could use the extra money right now so I pray I will sell a lot of earrings!
Les goes back to work Monday, I am sad in many ways, I like having him home!

I went to dentist yesterday to get filling fixed until I can get crown made in March, my tooth broke last Wednesday when I was eating cookie with Ames and the filling came out.

Saturday

Charli spent today with us and we went to breakfast at McDonald's and too her to the Alcoves which she liked then we decorated the tree and made some ornaments. I was happy the game was Carolina 34 to Clemson 13. I can't wait to see if Jeremy got to watch! I was so excited I found him a black sketch pad at Michael's! It was half price because I got him a watercolor pad, too. I must box it up for him, I am going to surprise him!
Mama kept Ames, I am sure she enjoyed it, I loved having Charli alone every once in awhile!

Slept until noon, that was nice on Black Friday, LOL! Les and I got the living room cleaned and got the tree in then ate at China garden went to Burkes where we got several clothes for the kids really cheap and I got a cute board to hand Charli's art, Gina will love it! We stopped by hobby Lobby, got a couple of things for tree.

Had to call the dentist because my filling fell apart as I was eating a cookie Tuesday so have to get it fixed Monday. Les went back to doctor because I thought he had missed a stitch but it was actually an ingrown hair.
We had our Soup and Cornbread in our new Social Hall at church-- our PAID for social hall! It is nice, too! I think that basically catches me up, oh, Kathie had her trial stimulator out, she was not happy so I do not think she will go through with the unit. She said it was one of the worse thing she ever went through. Les is doing great with his except his gout is flared in his right hand. The stitches are still bleeding a small amount but Cahrli said they looked much better than the Frankenstein look last week, LOL!

This is one of those days you don't want to repeat, LOL! Poor Charli threw up before Gina even left and we had to strip her and put her in tub. Les took care of her mostly while Ames slept but she sat in my lap once I got up, I sat on the floor and held her once when she threw up saltines and sprite. Les gave her a freezer pop and when Gina came and got her it all came up. Kerry came home from Hospital and Jordon cut ear and had to have stitches...
But Les got his 40 hour sick time check, they didn't pay him the 8hr vacation day but that is OK, too.

Today Charli told me she didn't want to be a Clemson Tiger any more she wanted to be a Carolina Girl. Her parents bought her a Clemson jacket when she has always said "Go Gamecops!" and even said that in a store Sports Authority, LOL! she said she wants to be like Meme! I told her she was my BFF no matter if she was a Carolina girl or not!

Dr Lal did not take Les' stitches out so he has another week before they come out. He can drive short distances though and I am glad of that. They are still draining a little, he woke up with gout in his hand though ;(

Not had the best week this week, no energy, thank goodness the ladies from church, our neighbor, Mema and Mom have brought food and that helped. We are frustrated because we filled out all insurance papers and Autozone messed that up so Les got paid $155 (24 hours) we owe CPW $300 so I guess Monday we will go talk to them. We don't know if we have to wait until two weeks or if they will mail us a paper check. They tried to blame his manager but she had the paper work where she sent it in. He had to go get the bandage changed because the adhesive was breaking him out. I only got out Thursday and went to Michael's, visited Gina and got the kids, it was too much! I was so tired when I got home.

Les is still in pain but pushing on through since his surgery, Tuesday. We made it to church this morning meaning to go only to preaching but leaving the house after 9:30 like usual and not realizing it, LOL! It was hard on him. The ladies from church brought potato soup and cornbread which was good and today Mema brought us spaghetti.
Did pretty well yesterday and Friday at craft show selling 21 pairs of earrings and 1 book mark, Mema sold 3 sock monkeys and a vase. We are doing one at Mom's church Dec. 3 to benefit Eric Petrus.

Les did well with his surgery this morning, I am about to head back up there to see him.
Did they pages really quick with a great new kit by Cathy K called Every Day Moments, you can bet I will use this one several times!

I talked to Jeremy Thursday night about 36 minutes! This time he and I talked the most instead of Les and him because we talked football, LOL! I guess I need to keep up more with the Panthers for him, ;). Got the flyers for the craft show I need to get padded out asap, I am going to have to do a few heating pads because that is want she put down on them...

An interesting day today, Charli was playing outside with Pop and Cora, fell, and had a severe nose bleed. I was laying down with Ames when he came and got me because blood was every where, so I got it stopped and after a while she calmed down to play with Cora again.
I posted some earrings on Facebook, I need to do well at the craft show next week since Les will be out for a few weeks.

Les and I got our new dog, Cora today (Sunday), she is a Scnoodle, and so sweet! Gina stopped by to meet her but Charli was cautious of her because she jumped up on her. I sent a picture to my Facebook account I took with my phone, will take pictures later and post.

Charli is sick today, sore throat, fever. I had to call Sissy to go get her some Motrin and Claritin and she felt better after a nap but when Gina and Trey went to the movie with Sissy and Kerry she was feeling even worse. She is rarely sick, I pray she will quickly heal!
Les and I are getting a dog Sunday, I am so excited! She is a Schoodle ;) named Cora.

I have Really got to get more done with my crafts! I even got up early today and still didn't get anything done to count! I did figure out how to change stitches on sewing machine but that is about all!

I couldn't sleep so got up and did 2 pages with the new kit Autumn Days by Cathy K Designs,I feel blessed to have spent time with my 3 Charms last week and am looking forward to seeing them in December! I wish I had room for them to stay here so I could see more of my other little one!

Charli brought me some cookies she had baked and was supposed to share with her Papa and she ended up eating them all except the one she gave my brother and me. She told me, "It's our secret, Meme" Then her Papa came home she went right in and told him, "I ate you cookie, Papa!" I laughed and said "Charli, that was our secret!" and she was so funny and giggled!

Made several earrings for November show so far, Looks like Kathie and I are going to be alone because Jamie and Jenny are not doing it. I need the money because Les will be out of work with his surgery and will be on disability pay which is 70% of his pay. The thing is needing to fill up my air every 4 hours :(.

Took the kids to the park today. Charli was mad because another kid wanted to play with the bubbles and we gave him what was left in the small bottle, she really couldn't get over that! She came home and told Jeff about it, LOL! They were tired.

Went to Michael's today but had a very few minutes to look, I got some paint and beads. Got my eBay charms in the mail today and they are GREAT! Thought I was going to see Seth today but didn't :( I guess I will see him Friday.

Did a lot of scrapping for Ames book the past week end and now I had time to use Cathy K's part of Farmer's Market the UBuild It kit at SBE. I was wishing I had pictures of kids eating apples but thought they turned out OK anyway.

Went to Funeral home so we could finally see Seth, Julie doesn't have a good way to get around and they have been busy with the funeral so it has been hard to see him. He gave me a giant hug and kiss and wanted to come to my house and play with Charli. He is so cute, just like his Daddy.

Julie called yesterday saying her grandfather passed away and they would be coming to Greenwood! I can't wait to see Seth!

Wow, I can't believe I have not posted this week! It has finally started cooling down and we got a little rain. I made Ames invitation for his birthday next Sunday and have been working on earrings for craft show. Les went to see Eric about his stimulator and he is going to have to make up his mind about having surgery.
Noel is having a boy and Nicholas and Jennifer are going to adopt him, I have not talked to her since she moved to Kentucky. I sent her a message on Facebook but have not heard back.
The invitation is made with an old kit by Peppermint Creative called Party Pants. It is one of my favorite freebie kits ever! Have had it about 4 years now.
The kids are at Tybee Island where Gina is doing hair for a wedding tomorrow.
