Went to Kevin and Shannons and played games and ate hot dogs.

It was chilly at concert (Men of Distinction) and since Charli sat in my lap whole time we left early and stopped by mall and then ate with kids at IHop which was enjoyable.

Went to Cracker Barrel and ate potato soup before church.

Nothing big today, just a little cleaning and Rachel brought me the necklace I won and picked out for Gina, I hope she likes it, it's bigger than I thought it would be.

Ten on TM and 15 on bike. Les fell getting in tub and hurt hip and elbow. Had to work on waterpump pulley because 2 of the 3 screws were gone and belt kelp slipping off.

Ames went to doctor for his 18mo check out yesterday. he is in top 75% tall but 30% weight, he weighs under 25 lbs! He is cutting molars and very ill, he fight me today at nap!Better after sleep and played well. Took photos of Charli taking my order with her chef's hat on. will load later.

Got out and ran a few errands including mailing Lynn's pendant which cost $1.95 Did not go to therapy, should be better by Wednesday!

Went to church and enjoyed it, then to get groceries, can home and took a deep nap, that's the crux of my day, LOL!

Just spend the day being lazy and catching up on TV I have recorded.

Went and got hair cut and to Chinese with kids, feel Much better! Ames and I took 2 naps, LOL and held Miss Charli a lot! She loves 'party sauces" (cocktail wieners) I fixed her at lunch and then I got her to eat crab which she really liked!

Tonight I feel a little better, I am sorry Les goes back to work tomorrow! I really needed him. He has to have more tests done tomorrow, white count up and uric acid very high.

Still very sick! Don't even feel like sitting up ay computer, Les has tendinitis in his foot and high uric acid

Ended up having a rough night so went to see doctor and got antibiotic, Gina drove me thankfully! It was great to be with kids for even the few minutes!

I feel so bad today, just allergies and low pressure, Charli spent the night last night and that was fun.
Uncle Calvin passed away on their 50th anniversary yesterday and tomorrow is Gina's 7th! Today Jeff is 44.

Storm just came up quickly and blew over, maybe it helped the mud for the MudBog Jamie it doing tonight. Les was supposed to be off but ended up working about 5 hours, Ames took a very long nap while Les took Charli to his Mom's house. I am coughing with the kids still, having trouble shaking it. Uncle Calvin in hospital still, poor Bootsie needs rest!

Got to therapy but blood pressure was too low and heart was over 130 BPM so could not stay.

I had to push myself at therapy to get the totals I got Monday but I did it. Gina had to take Charli to doctor and get Amoxacillian for her, too, she has that rattly cough,too. I can't stop coughing either and me left elbow is swollen and has a fever, Nothing is on TV so I may go to bed.

Waiting on the kids to come, Les went to take Mema her pills and will paint tshirts with Charli when he gets back, she slept until 9 so didn't go to school today, she is looking forward to coming today!

Les still is sick from meds and called Dr because he is not getting better. Actually getting worse.

Did some gardening today, cleaned out the spot I put zinnias every year, today is the last day of winter and it is gorgeous outside! I did 14, and 15 at therapy today, my heart rate was up which it is when I drive.
Les and I when to Kathie's Saturday, she has rearranges her den so she can use the wheelchair, she has gotten where she used it all the time, she's not really even trying...

Beautiful day, Les is sick taking the gout meds and so we didn't go to church since he had to work and wanted to rest up and then he went in at 2 instead of 2:30! I have done dishes and walked around house so far, I may make some jewelry this afternoon....

Trey came and cut grass this morning and I played with the kids and we had a good time, did a few things around the house and am waiting for Les to go eat Japanese. Feel pretty good.
Had a nice time at Pizza Hut for Cody's 17th birthday, last night, Les had to work so Mom picked me up.

I have had a sinus head ache most of the week, it was worse today but did 13 minutes and 14 minutes today plus did a little around the house, not much but some which is something... I did take a picture of my blooming Christmas Cactus but didn't feel like uploading.

Today Les got me an MP3 player so I won't be so bored with on the treadmill and can listen to my music. Did 12 and 12, must increase tomorrow...

Had a nice time at Mommy Tea with the kids, heard a testimony from Linda Tullis who is married to Jerry and she sang a song she wrote. The adopted 3 girls and have custody of her niece, real sweet story. Les didn't have to go to work until 5 so he and Charli got to play!javascript:void(0)

Les FINALLY went to Dr. Todd, he has a physical in 2 weeks, he possibly has RA or it might be the gout again but doubled the Indocin for now. I was a little low on exercise today, was too tired to do more than 8 minutes treadmill. I am still losing weight, down to 128 lb. Susan said I was using too many calories to breathe. I ate more this week end than I have in a long time, too, plus walked more than usual.
I saw on the news a soldier from Fort Lewis shot 16 Afghanistan people including children and he burnt the babies bodies! I am so saddened by this and am glad Jeremy is home on leave enjoying a spa vacation!

Had good day at church, wore my shirt Chris made me that says My Favorite people call me "MeMe" Gina seemed to like it and Charli did, LOL!

I had the best day I have had in awhile! Les and I got up early and went to Greenville where I found hte wire I needed for projects and I ate a Fuddburger and got the kids some Sponge bob and Princess socks from Target. Tonight we ate with the kids at Pizza inn, Charli really likes it there. I held out really well, am ready for bed early, though ;)

Yesterday I did 11 threadmill and 11 bike, today I added another minute to bike. I had left my earrings and made $62 leaving them there! I also finally got them back from Sissy and had $50 from selling them! That is a great addition to my Duke fund!

Got my new air tank today, Gary brought it to me this afternoon! Les's hand still very swollen and Charli is very stuffy and feels badly. Could be allergies, so much in bloom, even my Christmas cactus!

Just got in from therapy, 6 minutes threadmill and 9 on bike, that was enough today, will go back Wednesday.

I am just now getting finished getting dressed and moving around... I actually found a pair of jeans that fit me since I dropped below 130 lbs. I don't like wearing a belt and being baggy. These sleeping pills are going to take a lot of getting used to!

Since my Droid would only keep a charge about 24 hours I went back to ATT and swapped phones! I am much happier with a regular phone, a GREEN phone, then Les and I went to Drive in to see Ghost Rider and Acts of Valor, that was fun!

Today I went to get back in Pulmonary Therapy, I will be going M,W and Thurs. The kids went with us and were very good

Les took me out to eat at our favorite Chinese restaurant tonight, although it made me tired I really enjoyed it! Tomorrow I start Pulmonary therapy after we get kids. Turning in early, starting new sleeping pill so want to turn in early. Poor Les's foot is still very swollen and he can barely walk, I wish he would go to podiatrist!

Talked to Doctor Holman today but forgot to get script for cholesterol, will have to call back tomorrow. The tank of oxygen Sammy brought me was too low, he told me it should pressurize and be OK tomorrow, for the first time since I got home I used my portable today. Mama came over and played with kids awhile so I could talk to doctor.hea

Finishing up the Daytona 500 race hoping Matt Keneth will pull is off! Very exciting because Danica Patrick and Trevor Bayne were taken out for a while in 2nd lap and big fire when Montoya hit safety trucks and had huge fire! AND YES my Man won!!!

My free version of DIP ran out and they disabled the shadow tool so I can't use it to make pages any more which is a bummer, took my a long time to use my Xara program to make this page using a new kit coming out this week called Spring Is In the Air and I can't get it to save properly so I couldn't print if I wanted to!
Any way still didn't leave the house I told Les that I think I am physically not able to because I know I can't turn my air up high enough! We are going to call Lincare tomorrow and see what we can find out.

Still feeling lazy today, found a show on Netflix called Lie to Me and watched on the laptop Les got me from Adam, Nothing on TV tonight so think I may take a bath and go to bed and watch some more.

Pretty good day, kids were fun, Charli made me laugh so hard I had a cough attack, LOL! Forgot to say I weighed 134 at Duke fully dressed.

Talked to Sandra from Duke today, she sent medicine to help esophagus heal and I will go back in 6 to 8 weeks with Mama so she can be added as my care giver. I will have to have my kidneys checked and see financial people this time and have that awful barium swallow again, :p

Well I am starting to feel alive again, LOL! I have been trying to learn this smart phone but am beginning to wonder if I am going to like it! Still can't eat a lot at a time, Les got me some things to eat like grapes and jello.
I missed a call from Duke today so will call tomorrow.

Still sleeping alot, I did eat a little and meds are starting to kick in.

Doctor sent me medicine today, I have basically stayed in bed with congestion and I am nauseous because I don't have taste for anything. Got new phone today, it is cool. I got things straight with Jeremy, he had made me mad but we talked it through, Les always wants peace and says "you shouldn't tell him that!" but Gina is like me, if he says something that hurts my feelings I am going to tell him so!

I have not left house since I got home Wednesday, today it was wet and rainy and I have so much congestion I just stayed home. I am very glad I did! Les did not get home until after 2:00 because of the belt of the car coming off and breaking! I would have had a fit waiting in the car that long if my air was gone. I hope he got it straight!

Found this adorable chore chart on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to make for kids Christmas! I thought I would go ahead and put on my to get done list and do one to match each child's room.
Have laid around and been very lazy today, car still had leak so he took it back, Les is feeling better and done some things around the house, I am glad to hear him talking a little though his voice not back to normal.
I need to keep track of how often he gets laryngitis, LOL!

Les is still sick but eating a little, kids were great today, had a great time with them both.
Still without a car, The mechanic said the pulley was bad, too, he is giving us a super price to fix it ($30)! so it is well worth that! Still 2 days with no van is not fun!

Rollo Virus

Monday Gina took the kids to the Museum in Durham and Charli threw up in car.... that was beginning, Poor Charli was so sick and stayed sick until this morning! Les got it during the night Tuesday and Wednesday could not even go into the clinics to meet doctor or go with me for tests! He had to wear mask, a gown and sit in a wheel chair while I went. They did speed me up to leave early but we really had a trip home!Thank God Ames slept while Charli through up.
Today Gina had to cancel all her clients and stay home because she had it and we had to have van towed to get it fixed.

After Duke

Well, I did learn ways to have a better quality of life while I was at Duke! I also learned that you have to work Very hard to get to the point you can get a new set of lungs, for example I must start doing Pulmonary Therapy again, since it is getting ready to transplant insurance should help. I also have to change sleeping pills and not refill my cough syrup because it is a narcotic. I have to get new oxygen tanks that will give me more oxygen because that is what's wrong and while I feel like I am dying sometimes, my air is nor strong enough!
The biggest thing is I Must have a smoke free house which means my brother Has to find some one who is kind enough to give him a room knowing he has no money and drinks and smokes! This is sad to me in many, many ways, Ames and Charli love him and he helps watch them when I am feeling bad and he is company when Les is at work! Plus I love him and do not want to see him go some where they will knock him over the head and let him die! The only place he has is with Rocky which is horrid to think about!
I am so tired I will share Duke trip later, I will say I saw inside Quality Inn and Hospital and that is it!

Thinking Ahead.

It's not the easiest thing to talk or think about but I want to make it as easy as possible when Gina and Les have to make my plans, I know if I post things here my sister Twila who reads my blog will help them find things as I will put a label to help them find. I love this urn! I love colors like green and aqua but Gina likes warm colors so this is a wonderful way to mix our tastes and she can display since she is my Keeper of the Urn ;) Les, Mama and any one that wants a part of me can have a piece of jewelry made, too!
I forgot to say yesterday I got $100 from Janette and $50 from Danny, Cathy, Robert and Wanda, I am so touched by how everyone has helped me so I do not have the stress of worrying about money this time!

Twila brought me a great bag for my oxygen today! It is perfect, she worked so hard to get me just the right thing and I sure appreciate it! Will take pictures later, I need to finish packing I just have not felt like finishing up, yet.

Got a check in the mail from Lynn and James Rodgers who we went to school with for $75! We have been so blessed that our trip is paid for and I do not have to get Gina to pay for any of the hotel this time which makes me feel good! Getting ready to go after church Sunday.

I am going to turn in early tonight! A friend of Kathie's sent us $100 to help with Duke! We have been communicating on Facebook and she wanted to do something special! Other than that today was uneventful except enjoying the babies!

Wednesday Feb. 8

Did really well today, Sold $42 worth of jewelry and a special relative gave me $20 and sent snacks to travel, Goldfish will be very popular in our car, LOL! I did look up apartments and how many Autozones and we could afford to live there awhile if we had to.
I now have made almost $250 selling jewelry and gifts from friends, family and my Birthday Money! It make me feel great I don't have to take $$$ to pay power bill or anything to travel on!

I found a sight that talks a little about my glassware I have that Aunt Sylvia gave me, I wanted Gina to have it but she really doesn't want it and Jeremy and Juli have no need for it and my nieces would sell it so I don't know what I want to do, I am going to start pareing down though and getting rid of things, the more I think about it the more it makes sense. It's silly for me to hold on to material stuff that just makes clutter, I have packed up most of my VW's I may start selling some of them off, I don't know... I ate lunch with Marie and was so out of breath when I got home, I really had to lay down. It is just too hard to do anything any more

Too Much on my mind

I actually went to bed just after 11 last night but after reading some of the paperwork and the contract for Duke my mind is racing and I can't sleep. It said that if you live over 2 hours from Durham you need to relocate there before the surgery. This is really something I am going to have to talk to them about, If I can't spend time with Charli, Ames and Gina I know I will not care to get up in the mornings. I look at all this stuff I have, too, I am giving away clothes whenever I can and have packed up most of my VW's and stuff and am trying to get rid of stuff just in case I have to put things in storage or something and even asked for no birthday gifts (even Gina was good) but people that care about me keep giving me things that are nice but just make my problem worse. I am donating my books to church and think about doing an online yard sale with Facebook, I got 3 MORE orders tonight from a girl I went to school with, that makes 6 orders total Monday! I am going to throw away or donate toys and some of the other junk in my room and am thinking about selling some of my VW's.
I made my reservations for Duke and have to call to sett up my air. I talked to the man that owns the company called MedStay where they help people to relocate with transplants and he said he had apartments to lease but a motel for long stay is a good option, they serve breakfast and dinner 4 nights plus will shuttle you to Duke BUT it costs about $2000 a month. There is no way I can keep paying rent and utilities and pay that! As much as I hate to think about it I might have to put everything in storage and try to find another house when we get back. Well after I get back from Duke I guess we will have decisions to make.. I may not even be approved and it won't matter. That still means getting rid of stuff that clutters my life to make it easier on Les. I don't want to go through him having to decide what to keep when I have way too much and feel stressed about it. Little things add up so fast, when I was a teacher they all gave me coffee cups and I have 2 sets of them to match my dishes plus Twila gave me some cute Disney ones today so I have over 25 coffee cups! It's bad enough that when something gets broken I just think well that's something I don't have to deal with!
I did send Jeremy some of my art supplies. I may get a set rate box and send more, or I might give some to Christian at church I bet he would enjoy pastels. I guess I am feeling overwhelmed at the thought of leaving Greenwood. I do have a girl I went to school with that lives near Durham and she said I could stay there so maybe she could help find a room to rent to help us out.
I took a Benadryl to help me rest, supposed to go to lunch with Marie so I need to get up at a decent time so I need to go to bed soon.

I made $36 more towards Duke, I need to set up my room and oxygen soon! I have several Family trees made and should have a good bit of jewelry money to pay for hotel! I love that I can make money and don't have to have hand outs, It makes me mad when people treat me like I am so broke and pitiful! Actually we are better off than we ever have been but I have to be careful and not spend extra and go crazy. Of course we owe lots of doctors and medicines take a chunk out of the budget but if I want something special like getting this computer I can do it!
Had a fabulous turn out at Church to dedicate the Multi Purpose room!

Went to see Kathie and 'Nette was there, Carol Bowling came and bought $10 jewelry and 'Nette bought $20 worth. I think I am going on to bed, nothing on TV and don't feel up to farming tonight. Let myself get too stressed today and I am worn out.

February 2

Cyndy Fuller came over and we were going to make jewelry but ending up swapping beads and talking and she gave me 68 pairs of earrings to sell and some beautiful family trees! She wanted to help me get the money to go to Duke, she had priced the earrings at $2 each so that is what I will sell them for, I thought that was so wonderful of her! We go way back to Southside where she sat in front of me, so we have been friends 40 years. We also went to church together at NS Baptist.
Noel had the baby last night! Matthew Colin, Nic and Jennifer are adopting him so they are very excited. I said I wish he had waited just a couple of hours to be born on the 3rd, LOL!

While I laid down with Ames Mama came and played with Charli then her Pop came home for lunch, when I got up she was watching Curious George on my computer and she had a sucker in her mouth. I got Ames some milk and grapes and me a cereal bar which she wanted too so I gave her that. I later see the evidence she left on my desk, LOL! She ate a total of 8! Thank goodness she only has 1 left so I put it in my pocketbook and do not have to deal with them any more! I spend a lot on healthier snacks like yogurt and fruit snacks. The suckers were from Papa Doug for her to share with church friends. She did share a few ;)

I put out I was taking orders for Family Tree pendants and now have over 10 to make! A good friend from when we went to Jr High is coming over and we are going to have a girl's night and she said she would help me, She is also selling some of her earrings cheap and donating the money to me, I think that is so sweet!
Charli had to make some jewelry since I was. She made a bracelet and I let her put ear wires on paper clips so she made 3 pairs of earrings. She was proud!
David Richitelli, a boy I went to school with, passed away this week end. I am not sure what he died from but he was in hospital 3 times, near death twice and had major surgery all in 2011. He just turned 51 in December.

I want to share with you a Super Place for recycled jewelry! I found her earrings months ago made from milk jugs and liked her shop at Etsy. Today I got an email so I could enter a contest. I tried several times to add this on my right side but have not had luck, yet but I hope you will stop by and see her pieces!

I opened my last bag of Candy Cane kisses yesterday, this year they were harder to find, Wal-Mart and Walgreens had them but many other places did not, I ended up having about 8 bags I think and the kids and I shared them. I will be so glad when Ames starts talking, he can say Mama, Dadddy, POP, hi, bye and calls Cora. NO MEME YET, LOL! He can repeat words sometimes and he can follow directions really well, like "pick up your paci'" and he answers yes and no by shaking his head and answers the right answer.
Gina came over and cleaned my floors good and while she was here Jeff fell and Les and Trey took him to ER where Mama stayed with him. He is bruised up pretty good but is OK.
A friend of our, Shirley Easler Starzman passed away, she was sitting watching TV with her husband and he looked over and she had foam coming out of her mouth. How sad!

Spent most of the day in bed, kids are over now so I am watching them, Ames was crying when Charli got in my lap ;)

Had a short day with kids today, Charli kept picking on Ames so I sent her to play with Jeff for awhile. Got my Bale making pliers so tomorrow I plan to play with them. Hey, I found the earrings I thought Les had thrown away! I am going to fix them and get back to Mom, have not told her yet I found them!

Ames' Valentine

I decided to go ahead and make a simple Valentine card for Ames using Home Sweet Home again from CathyK Designs. You need to grab it before it's gone!
FINALLY I printed a backlog of pictures for Gina, it ended up being over 300! They were from Ames, Charli and Seth's parties, Halloween and Christmas. Les found me a power supply for my EHD for $30. I do need it but want to wait until after I go to Duke, I want money toward Duke and no gifts this birthday, I am still putting off making jewelry, just not up to it but hopefully this week end I will get them done. One goes to England and the money must have gotten lost in mail, I have another to send to Canada, they are hair coils for her daughter for prom. Shipping is the bad part ;) but it is cool my jewelry is going international! I feel bad I lost a pair of earrings that my Mama gave me to fix while I was at Charli's party and I didn't even remember then I realized that Les probably threw them away because I had them in a bag I keep in car and totally out of character he started cleaning trash out of car and saw trash in top and threw away while I was in the house.

Seth's Birthday!

Today was Seth's Birthday, I am so glad we got to spend it with him while they were here! I hope we can see him more often!
Les still feels very bad and I felt super lazy and Ames and I laid around and played quietly and cuddled and he played with Charli, he can't quite get the hang of keeping her as entertained as I do ;). He went to school for Do-nuts for Dad since Trey can't go, I think he was tickled but felt bad, too, because Ames saw him and cried until he came back to get him. He said Ames almost made himself sick! He had to go with Charli and he should not have let Ames see him, I guess.
I hope he starts feeling much better!
I HAVE GOT to start making some jewelry! I just do not feel like it!

Les has a kidney infection and stones. I was so hoping we could make it through a month with out him being sick! Missed work today will be off next two days any way. We have got to get some money ahead to pay for hotel, gas and food at Duke, I am really disappointed but have come to accept that is what living with him is like.

I am sitting here finishing off my zucchini bread my neighbor baked for me and drinking a cup of hot chocolate. Twila gave me a big box and Charli and I have almost finished the box. Other than church nothing much happening around here, Yesterday they took Debbie to ER, she has vertigo and is grieving too much, she even has Mickey's picture as her profile on FB! So sad!
Oh, I did watch election results, I didn't have my heart in it but went ahead and voted Newt because I believe Romney will be out of touch with the average man. He got SC which means in 3 primaries we have had 3 winners. Now Florida is next, I am thinking they will go Romney but in this race I could be fooled!

I had the kids all day today, after Ames and I took our nap Charli and I watched Happy Birthday videos on You Tube.
I got my call from Duke to schedule my tests to see if I can get a transplant. It is Feb. 13, 14 and maybe 15. I am sure we will go Sunday if the Hotel is not too much.

Charli and I watched Arthur today and he learned to knit from his grand mother but he was afraid to let anyone know so Charli decides she can do that so I got my needles and pink thread and she started unwinding the yarn 'knitting' So cute!
She brought home the sweetest book from school called Fannie's Hat, I couldn't even read it all! It made me think of Hassie & Grandmama! I had to get a tissue!

I took this at naptime, he keeps me on the edge of the bed, LOL, after nap he picked up the Piglet puppet and started jabbering, he is so adorable! Charli then decided to put stickers all around her face, they really make me a happy Meme!

We did end up going to play with Seth last night before he left for Atlanta today. I talked to her about not sending us pictures and how I have so many of Charli and Ames but the last picture I have of her family is before Seth was born! She promised she would send them when she got home!

Today's post is just getting something off my chest so it is really not a good share but I want it down so when I am no longer around it is known how I really felt!
Seth will be going home in a couple of days, I really am sad that he and Charli fought so much I couldn't handle them together, he ended up with Julie spending so much time with Nicole and Suzan that they know him much better than I do. That really saddens me, I know Jeremy would be sad, too, but I just need to be thankful I have Charli and Ames. It is hard too that Seth is not potty trained, he is much to old to make excuses for and let him refuse to go to the bathroom. He was late for his own party because he wet himself and when Les and I took him and Charli to Crackerbarrel he wet himself even though Les took him to the bathroom. I am thinking how Jeremy needs to be home for him. I am afraid if something happens he will have such faint memories of me. It looks like I don't try but I honestly do. I have pictures every where of Charli and Ames but she has them made and just sends me the link to see them, I asked her to get with Gina and have the kids together at Walmart for Christmas, she comes in showing me what she got her Daddy for Christmas bragging on how he collects Mickey Mouse ornaments and what did see give Les and I? Nothing. No simple picture, nothing to back up all the "Oh you really mean so much to me" that I hear.
Well that is all I am going to say on that, I have myself tearing up, I was so good to her and the kids, Getting her a recipe book like I got Gina and making sure I was not cheap with them. It will all come out one day and want it to be know that I was shut out of much of his life and that made it easier to be Meme to Charli and Ames and all my best memories are with them.

Friday the 13th

Of course I am sittting here after 12 thinking "I didn't post today" LOL!
I slept too much I think, I had to get up at 8 for the kids then Ames and I took a nap then I was reading and went to sleep for a good 2 hour nap ;)
I was sitting here and my air tank started leaking and ended up blowing a gasket and had to call Lincare who will bring me a concentrator in the morning that I will have to use until Monday. Les had to set it on the porch where the air is leaking out!

How could you Not love this sweet face? He is so cuddly and loving! I will be so glad when he is talking more, I want to hear I love you, Meme!

Don't Tell Mama!

Charli baby is sleeping over, she left a list of how to take care of Splits, she is a feed and wet and doesn't have a diaper on ;)
She wanted to sleep over tonight, she was a little lonely and was so glad when I got up from nap with Ames she cried, she had watched a movie on Les's computer in our room and told me she wanted to play. Jeff had told her to come in there but he is still in pain and was laying down. I sat and held her awhile and then we played computer games which made her very happy.

I got my letter from Duke today, they are getting OK from my insurance company so I can go get the tests done to see if I qualify for lung transplant. I will have to stay up to 5 days, I wish I had a laptop now so I could keep up with my game and stuff, LOL!

My Mom and Les are in the ER with Jeff, he fell out of the bed again and can't walk straight, he doesn't seem to have a bruise on his back but may have messed up insidee. Took the kids to church this morning, Ames came with Gina and was good sitting through church, he usually has to go to back. Charli is excited about her birthday party at te Fire Dept. Seth will have his Saturday, I am not sure about the details.

THEY SENT JEFF HOME WITH PAIN MEDS, THINK HE JUST BRUISED SOMETHING. HE IS SLEEPING NOW.

It is a real challenge to try to get the kids in one picture! I had several attempts, LOL!
I spent time today cleaning up my office I got clear totes at Kmart to put my yarn and clth in so I can see. Still looking for a box for tree, it is too big for one at Wal-Maart which cost $30!

Friday Jan 6

It was warm here today, in the 60's I think, Julie brought me Seth and he and Charli were better though not getting along the best BECAUSE Charli had fell and scraped her knee and arm and was hobbling around, so funny. She actually let me put a bandage on it and thanks me ;). We took them to Crackerbarrel and Gina decided to join us and it was nice. Seth ate his whole pancake and a little bacon, Charli ate cheesy eggs, 3 pcs of bacon pancake and orange slice. They were good at the restaurant. At the end Charli got made Seth loved her brother =0). I took a video of her hobbling around, she milked it for everything even sitting on sofa for 2 hours!

OH AND I AM SO EXCITED! JEREMY FIGURED OUT HOW TO SEND TEXTS USING HIS WASHINGTON PHONE NUMBER! WE TEXTED BACK AND FORTH FOR A LONG TIME. We have been communicating more lately and that's great!

Jan 4, Nanny's birthday

Sitting here watching Clemson play WV at Orange Bowl, at 2nd quarter WV is winning 28-17. I just saw the best play I haveever seen, Clemson guy was down almost touching enzone and plied on and a WV player took the ball out of his hand running 99yd for a TD! That was impressive!
I thought of Nanny several times today, I really do miss her!
Kids were very good today, Charli watched Tangles as Ames slept then we plays on Nick Jr site coloring and playing games.
I still can't get my pictures off old computer yet :(

I love being up late! I love to sleep in, too, LOL! We went a got Charli for about 4 hours and took her to library and watched videos and movie, had a really nice time, she told me over and over I was smart because I was explaining things to her and let her play FV. It was a nice day, very cold though, I think it stayed in the 30's!

I am starting to find my way around the Xara Photo & Graphic Designer and also found a free copy of very basic DIP so am making a couple pages and Les a Facebook Timeline page with Winter Vacation by Cathy K.
Once I get more familar with it it is an awesome program and can do so much!

Gamecocks win Capital One Bowl!

A pretty good day, Charli came over and watched the game with me, she was in charge of the Carolina Teddy and danced her when we got points, after the first 2 point conversion she said "A bird's gotta do what a bird's gotta do" Well we won beating Nebraska 30 - 13. Julie brought Seth over and he popped Charli and I calmed her down then I sent her to get her scissors and he decided HE wanted to do it and started hitting her, I had to call Gina and get her to pick Charli up which I didn't like at all but she was with Nicole in the ER and he couldn't go in. I did manage to get them decorating gingerbread cookies which they looked.

A new year 1/1/12

I am actually posting this late but we had a nice day. Spent last night cuddling on the couch watching The Other Guys with Will Ferrel, Mark Warburg, and Michael Keaton (he sure is looking old)
Today Les helped cook breakfast at church then at 4 we went to Mema's to eat collards and peas. Julie, Seth, Tim, Suzan and Nicole wee tere. Gina's family went to Charlote. Les got the Blueray hooked up and I really like it, I guess I will watch more Netflix now!
Jeremy called while we were at church so we got to talk to him and even Bud got to say Hello! Poor Julie cried, she is missing him.

Spent today learning new poto program and organizing pictures, here is a picture of the kids on Ames new ride ;)
It was nice at family Christmas, Julie got sick and left early then Syvia and Bob came to Kathie's so no drama there!

Thusday Alexis and Jordon came over and made jewelry, Mya came too but she was sleepy and whiney. Friday Charli kept me company, had nice imes with all my girls!
