I can't believe I went a week without posting! I had my treatment Monday but this week I did fine! Not too tired and I am now able to go for hours without the oxygen around the house and even do laundry and other small chores. Been straightening up more because Gina is giving us her LR furniture so we have to make room for it so I have kept busy.
Thursday we went uptown to see Rootdoctor from Columbia and Charli found a new friend. They were adorable! His name is Raines Dorn. They had a wonderful time and I hope they will get to play again. She was broken hearted when we left!
Bobo came over and borrowed a table and got the sewing machine and chair I borrowed years ago, That made more room. I can't wait to get my livingroom arranged!

Had a very nice Mother's Day week end. Last night after the yard sale we had a supper. Charli thought the cake said Charli Elizabeth Grogan and had to try it. She then tried to get kisses and got really silly!
We went to see Mom, Grandmama and Mema and Jeremy called me to let me know he got a different job and will NOT be deployed to Afghanistan! That is a wonderful gift!
Gina gave me a beautiful silver Mom necklace, some fun green socks with aloe infused in them, a picture of Charli in a frame that says "We love you Grandma" and photo boxes. She is a special Treasure!
Cytoxan is tomorrow, this is the forth treatment, I am starting to see a difference.
Weather here is CRAZY! Yesterday at yardsale the winds were horrible and knocked down everything and it was warm. Today was mid 70's and temp at night CHILLY! Tomorrow should be same but Friday temp supposed to be in 90's!

I am so tickled at Charli today! She saw a commercial on a Little Tykes firetruck & said She couldn't have it & she hung her head and got all sad. (She said her Daddy would not buy it) She even went and told her Uncle Jeff and flopped back on his bed and started saying her Daddy wouldn't buy it for her! She can already act!
When she woke up from her nap she sat up and said "I lost my Firetruck!" I was laughing and had to call Gina. Gina said they had went to Wal-Mart and couldn't find it last week end and got Charli a Basketball goal. BUT Charli still had the firetruck on her mind.
When Les and I did an errand she started crying when I went in about the firetruck. Les and I went to Maxway and got her a cheap ride on firetruck. She was so excited she dropped her paci on the floor and forgot about it!
When I called Gina she told Charli they would get her one this week end.

Made a couple of pages last night with That's My Girl by Connie Prince. I have been very slack in making anything for her bragbook lately so I thought since I was so mad at Farmville I would scrap, LOL! I am still trying to get Angel's Wedding done and get ready for my Yard sale Saturday. I am up early because I have to take my MIL to the hospital for a follow up test and I have a slight headache so I am going to soak in the tub and wash my hair and get rid of it. I am going to do the birthday board at work today, too.

This is Charli helping her Pop plant sod the other day. She really had fun doing it! Now the rain watered it and my roses are Gorgeous!I am aggravated that I can't get my farm loaded!

It is so hot I can't sleep so got up a few minutes to drink something so I thought I would post these pictures from Saturday when Les and I took Charli to Emerald farms to pet the goats, She really had a great time!
Trying to get things ready for my yard sale Saturday, I have a lot of stuff to get rid of! I need to make some more earrings and jewelry too, I might do that and let Charli do her paint with water books or play with her beads and pipe cleaners. She likes those and will let me get what U want to done. I just have to hold her a few minutes every little while which is OK by me!

Poor Charli's nose is so runny. She stayed in mine or Les' lap and took 2 naps today. I guess her Zyrtec made her groggy. My cold is almost gone, Les is supposed to go to the Dr. tomorrow.
Finally I got my appointment to go to Charleston, June 15. This is on a Tuesday so Gina, Les, Charli and I will go down on Sunday and come back after my visit. I will have to fill up my oxygen at the Lincare there and use the regular tanks to fill in instead of my liquid. The liquid tanks only last 6 to 6 hours and do not keep. I have one I am borrowing to make the trip that last longer but is too heavy to walk with. My big tank that I fill from is not portable at all but I have some small regular tanks and I can do 3 days OK.
I got more cleaning today even though I had Charli all day. A teen from church needed a scrapbook for a project so that was a great excuse to clean out a lot of paper and scraps for her. My yard sale is next week and I am getting rid of a lot of that kind of stuff. I hope I can sell my jewelry, too.

I cleaned my bedroom and moved my stereo so I could play albums for Charli, She LOVED it! Said it went round and round! She helped me make my bed after I washed the sheets and I told her she was a Big Helper and she said "Help Meme For ever and Forever and Forever!" She really made my day! I was very proud I got so much done today. I am starting to feel better but Les is so sick with a cold. Gina was throwing up and Trey had a headache. His Dad will be in the hospital for several days. I am praying they got all the cancer!
I have been playing Les' Farm on Facebook so I could do the Co-ops. They are fun to do. Have gotten him a couple of levels up. I wish he would start playing again!

Les is sick, his eyes are swollen with a cold, I really feel bad for him and hope he feels better quickly!

This is the new kit from Connie Prince and Bella Gypsy called Duck, Duck, Goose. I had 2 kits to work with today, Connie and Cathy K. Cathy's comes out tomorrow. That means I did 4 pages today...
I am also working on the pictures for Angel's wedding book so I did several pages on that.
Les and I are still having cough attacks! I am on antibiotics so I don't get too bad. My blood work is Monday and Gina goes to the Dr., too. She will be 16 weeks Tuesday so will have the ultrasound in a couple weeks.
Finish up the series on The Five Love Languages tomorrow in Sunday School. They really loved the lessons we did. I am going to do another set of lessons on parenting. I have a book I am reading now.

My Mom sold two pairs of earrings for me today! I have a pair sold but she is going by the Zone to pick them up and her schedule is kinda crazy so I pray she can get then this week. .. I need to pay my internet bill, LOL!
Charli will be here in a few minutes so off to watch for her!

I felt really draggy yesterday, my blood pressure was low and I just wanted to lay down. Charli was sitting on the sofa watching a cartoon and I sat beside her and put her in my lap. She said "Thank you for holding me, Meme!" SO SWEET!

I am Really missing my daycare check now! Thank goodness this week Les had a couple of good car repairs to help and I had the wedding Saturday!

I had a fun time taking pictures at the wedding of my friend Angel yesterday! I think you can tell it was Fun!

I stayed in bed late today, my foot hurts when it swells so I stayed off of it. Then I had to get up and do laundry and clean the kitchen because Les didn't last night. I know he will come home for lunch and say "I was gonna' do that!" but I did it. Charli will be here soon and I like to have thing neat before she comes to play.

My Cytoxan IV was almost relaxing today. Between the anti nausea drug they give me and the allergy pill I slept the whole 3 hours after I ate. They always have lunch for me, I love the chicken salad! This time Les left so I could rest well.
Other than that I am making some earrings to sell.

This is Charli getting her potty treat, rather appropriate don't you think, LOL! My friend Shiela gave me this cow and Charli calls him, Moos. We had a fun time going over to my MIL's and celebrating Leighann's fourth birthday. The kid's were really good. Janette spent the night with Kathie and that was nice. I am in a much better mood tonight and ready to play with some new beads I got from eBay. I also got the letter from Disability with my case worker's name. I also got an important package from Food Lion with what I need to help my MIL. I was glad to get that!

I still have not downloaded the pictures from Easter, I have been busy and stressed from dealing with les' family issues. We are having to take legal action to stop a family member from taking money from my MIL's accounts. I am really aggravated about this but there is no other way to handle it. We have tried to stop it at the bank but it kept on and Monday was the breaking point. I am not going into any more details here because it is a family matter but I just needed to vent and keep a record of when it is taking effect. he police came and talked to me yesterday, Phillip knows the family and that is a blessing!

Went to Dr today, have to go to Charleston to a Pulmonary Specialist. I am not looking forward to this trip in our financial state but know we will be taken care of. Dr. Holman thinks I should be doing better than I am.
Still too much drama going on in Les' family. His Mom had to tell his sister the best thing is for her to stay away right now. My younger niece is also pregnant and moved back home to my SIL's leaving her baby's daddy. That is very sad to me!

Had a very pleasant Easter! Yesterday I took Charli to the Egg Hunt and she found 94 eggs, there were only 20 kids there so she had a lot to be able to pick up. She kept saying PICK IT UP, PICK IT UP!
Today Gina joined me at Sunday School. Les had to work Again so I took a good nap and then went to Communion with Nell and Cliff and then went to Arby's with Elaine and Doug afterward. Will add pictures later.

Well got a whole lot done today, too. Got my boxes started for the yard sale May 8, I will go ahead and price them as soon as I get some stickers. Got more cleaning done as Charli was watching TV. I am just getting frustrated because I clean and Les comes behind me and puts something where I just cleaned! I cleaned of the table and there were 5 empty Coke cans on it. I cleaned dishes after I made Charli and I lunch, Les cooked and left the dishes. I clean off the dryer and he puts his clean clothes on it.
Also I got one of my flower beds ready to plant my Four O'Clocks tomorrow. I have yellow ones from two different friends, One sent them from Kentucky!
I am reading a good book so I am not spending much time online for me. Been very busy!
Les took his Mom to the Lawyer today to get the will redone and she is going to the Funeral Home to go ahead and preplan this month. This is something I really want to do myself. I want to record my music. I want this song!

I got a whole lot done today! Before Charli came I did my laundry, cooked liver and onions for lunch and cleaned the kitchen, cleaned out the freezer, labeled my bead boxes and did a little cleaning, too.
Charli is taking something for her cough and she wanted to take it, I told her she had to wait until 5:00 and she said "I'm Sick" and would lay back and close her eyes, so funny!
Even funnier she saw my box of flowers I had to put spring flowers on my Aunt Doll's grave. I told her I was going to take them to the Cemetery and she started dancing and did that excited gigle she does and said Yay! Cemetery! I was laughing at her so hard, you would think I said Circus or movies! I told her I had to wait on Pop to put it in the car and she started pushing the box saying, "Pop, Cemetery. So funny!

We spent awhile with my MIL today. Charli had to get some medicine for her cough and we talked to a friend from school about a security system. I am tired now and thinking about turning in soon.

Been very busy. Trying to help my MIL get things straight and this afternoon I have been straightening my beads. My sister gave me her box of jewelry things so I was adding them to mine by colors. I also got some of mine from eBay that I ordered. Now I have lots to work with!
They didn't have story time today, everyone was sick but Charli played with the puppet show and dress up. This picture is from last week.

Had a very full day yesterday! It was my brother's 42nd birthday so I went to my baby sister's and we had supper, she gave me all her beading supplies! She is organized like me so now I have several more boxes of all kids of beads to play with. I can't wait to get some of the pieces I ordered from eBay and make some jewelry!
Had to take MIL to bank, she is so weak she had to sit in the van and the lady came out to her for her to sign papers. Kathie as really looking feeble and old. It is very sad!
Also picked up several things at the consignment sale for Charli, some bathing suits and gowns and shorts mostly.

Very good day today, I volunteered to help set up the consignment sale the YMCA is having, that was fun. Lots of cute things for Charli! I plan on going back. Les got my front flower gardens tilled today, Charli doesn't like the noise so she sat with Jeff across the yard. Les sold his trailer today, we sure needed the money and that's one out of the yard!

My brother took this for me yesterday before I shot the wedding. I made more doing this one that I ever have and I didn't quote a price, I had volunteered to take some shots because she had a friend taking them, too, but I ended up the main photographer and am working on the book for them. The pictures did turn out well.
I have felt pretty good. Sitting at the computer lately my right side hurts but I just take Tylenol and go lay on my electric blanket.My biggest problem is staying hydrated, am drinking mostly water, eating way to many Life Saver gummies, too. Food Lion put them on sale and they sure taste good!
Sunday School went pretty good, There were 1 of us which was up from 5 or 6 last week. No one I sent cards too came but that's OK, I will grow that class. It will just take time. I am bidding on the book on Ebay and pray I will get a copy! That way any one wants to read it can. It is Five Love Languages and is a great book!

I am very tired today, the last 3 nights I couldn't take anything for sleep and had to make myself get up every 2 hours and so gotten very little sleep. Just too tires to play on the computer so no farming now, am going to read and go to bed although I have laid around all day, thank godness Charli is a good girl! I am also blessed she is Potty Trained!

Here are the cards Charli and I have done, she gave the card to her Daddy for his Birthday. We have 2 special birthdays today, Trey turned 26 today and my nephew Cody's is today, too.

Today when Charli woke up from her nap she looked at me with that sweet face and said, "Give me a Hug!" and gave me a big hug. That made my day!

After church Les was called to his Mom's room at the hospital so he is up there now, I am chilly and think I am going on to bed.

Had a great day and got a lot done, Charli and I made cards, got laundry done, 5 weeks of Sunday School lessons done and printed, had a lot of energy and was not that tired. Ate with Gina after we went to Wal-Mart. Les is going in at 6:45 and I have to get up and take him so I can work an hour or so. Now going to bed.

I am not going to post a picture because I am too tired to get my camera but it has been a good day.
We met Gina and Charli at the library for Toddler time and she did great! I want her to understand the circle time concept and she was friendly and interactive with the children and Miss Dana.
I sold 3 pairs of earrings today, even if my Mom bought 2, LOL! then had my Cytoxan, it took longer today because the RX was so slow. It was almost 4 hours.
Kathie is still in the hospital and they are going to stretch her esophagus tomorrow thinking she is taking fluids in her lungs causing bacteria. We are having a lot of drama with Les's sister, I will not say more.
I am thinking about going on to bed, I have to start the getting up every two hours to potty thing...

We had a cake walk at church today, I made a suncatcher and Jada won it, she was proud. I also made these earrings and sold them.

Watch Me Grow Cards

I needed a couple of Thank You cards so I decided to use the Watch Me Grow Collab kit from Connie Prince and Project B Designs, I think they turned out rather pretty!

Yesterday DEVO was on YoGabbaGabba and I called Jeff to watch with Charli and me. It came on a second time and when the group came on Charli called "UNCLE JEFF!" he was not there but I thought how Smart that was that she remembered and knew he watched it with us!

Les, Charli and I went with Mema to O'Charley's for lunch today. She is going to add a line to our plan to save that $$ every month. She dropped her internet and is trying to shave what she can off her expenses. Suzan came by just before we left. She made over how she was praying for me and tried to seem concerned...
Anyway I worked about an hour and a half and got the mailboxes straight, I am going in next Wednesday to take pictures for St. Patty's Day.

Charli and I are reading this book and talking about caterpillars and butterflies, this wee we are going to do more crafts I have planned. This will be Fun!

Today I went with Gina and Charli and I got to see her baby! She decided to go ahead and have an ultrasound to make her feel better after having lost the last baby. She doesn't want to make a big announcement so if anything happens she won't have to talk about it. She will be 9 weeks tomorrow, due Oct. 12.
Now Charli had problems at first, she freaked to go into the office to update info so I had to take her out in the hall. She Really wanted to leave that place and tried to slip out the door, LOL!
At first she would not stay in the room and wanted to go but I told her we could not leave Mommy and then the power blinked, the fire alarm went off and Gina had to wait for the machine to come back up and I got Charli back into the room and started reading I Wish I Had Duckfeet (one of my favorite books) and she was much better and we saw the baby on the "TV"
It was so cool! I could plainly see the head and spine and 'he' turned his face so I could see the eyesockets and nose hole. Right now the fingers are only tiny stumbs but there is a baby there, I don't know how people think any other way!

Just sitting here getting ready to go to bed but putting it off. I finally made a couple of cards but need to make 3 more, maybe tomorrow... got a couple of errands to do and then will plan on it.
I still keep thinking about the sweet words Jeremy wrote on my Facebook yesterday, I saved a copy of the email just to read over and over.
After church I went to Gina's and she rented Where the Wild Things Are for my while She and Trey went to see Alice in the Wonderland. I was so hoping Charli would nap and she was close until the movie came on and then she Had to watch, LOL! She thought the creatures were great and just cackled when they had the dirt fight and a couple of other scenes. She is definitely Gina's child! I really enjoyed the movie and want to watch it again!
